Updating Restricted API Key
You can update your restricted API key when needed.
- Go to Envilo Dashboard
- Select the Stripe account you want to manage
- Scroll to the API section
- Paste the new restricted API key in the Restricted API Key field
- Click Update Account to save changes
Updating Webhook Secret
Stripe generates the webhook secret when you create a webhook. If you need to revoke an existing webhook and create a new one:
- Follow the steps in the Creating a Webhook section
- Complete the process in the Setting up Webhook Secret section
BCC Email Configuration
To receive copies of customer emails:
- Go to Envilo Dashboard
- Select the Stripe account you want to manage
- Enter your preferred email address in the BCC Email field
- Toggle the BCC Emails switch to enable this feature
- Click Update Account to save changes
Note
Enabling this feature will send you BCC copies of all emails sent by Envilo
Email Template Customization for One Time Payments
Customize your one time payment notifications:
- Go to Envilo Dashboard
- Select the Stripe account you want to manage
- Navigate to the One Time Payment section
- Use the Send Payment Email toggle to turn payment notification emails on or off for one-time transactions.
- Edit both the email subject and body content
- Click Update Account to save changes
You can use the following variables as Envilo automatically replaces them:
CUSTOMER_EMAIL_ADDRESS- Email address of your customer.BUSINESS_NAME- Name of your business.INVOICE_LINK- Clickable link (<a>tag) of the invoice.

Variables must be enclosed in double curly braces. Spaces between variables and braces are optional.

Footer
Use the Footer field to add a custom footer to invoices when Stripe's invoice creation is disabled.
Invoice Paper Size
Use the Invoice Paper Size field to select invoice paper size of invoices when Stripe's invoice creation is disabled.
Removing a Stripe Account
Danger
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Proceed with caution.
- Access your Envilo Dashboard
- Select the Stripe account you wish to remove
- Scroll to the bottom left corner
- Click the Delete button to permanently remove the account
Dashboard Overview
Access your Envilo Dashboard to view all connected Stripe accounts.
Password Update
- Go to Envilo Dashboard
- Click your email in the menu
- Enter:
- Current password
- New password
- New password confirmation
- Click Update Account
